* For stays shorter than one week, a cleaning fee between 1,000 TL and 6,000 TL may be charged.

* The villa is delivered clean and cleaned once a week.

* A deposit of 15,000 Turkish Lira is taken at check-in for damages, loss, breakage, etc.

* The deposit is refunded at check-out if there are no issues.
