* Villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week.

* A deposit of 200 £ is collected upon check-in for damages, losses, breakages, etc.

* The deposit is refunded upon check-out if there are no issues with villa.

* Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day by staff members.
