Villa - Rental Terms

* House prices are determined by the owner.

* Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the prices. No additional charges apply.

* Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 as set by the owner.

* For stays shorter than one week, a cleaning fee between 1,000 TRY and 6,000 TRY may be charged.

* The house is delivered clean and cleaned once a week during the stay.

* A deposit of 10,000 TRY is taken upon check-in for damage, loss, breakage, etc.

* The deposit is refunded at check-out if there are no problems.

* Photos show sample apartments only. Furniture, towels, and sheets in holiday homes may vary slightly but will be of the same quality as shown in the photos.
