✦ An additional cleaning fee may apply for stays shorter than 7 nights.

✦ The villa is delivered clean upon arrival and includes one complimentary cleaning per week during your stay.

✦ A security deposit is required at check-in to cover any possible damage, loss, or breakage.

✦ The security deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damage is found.

✦ The swimming pool and garden are professionally maintained once a day by our staff.

✦ Villa rental rates are determined by the property owner.

✦ Electricity, water, and gas consumption are included in the rental price. No additional utility charges apply.

✦ Our guest representative will welcome you upon arrival, hand over the keys, and provide both written and verbal information about the property.

✦ Complimentary information about local attractions, daily activities, and tours in the area is provided.

✦ For stays of 10 nights or longer, bed linen and towels are changed free of charge.
